Story types
Personal recovery, loved-one, volunteer, donor, sponsor, partner, event impact, or tribute stories if approved.
Permission choices
Public with name, first name only, anonymous, private to Hope Council, or ask staff to contact before deciding.
Not service intake
Story submissions will not be used for crisis help or service requests; those visitors should use Get Help.

Possible uses
Website, social media, annual report, donor communications, event materials, or internal learning with consent.
Safety guidance
Avoid naming other people without permission, identifying third parties, graphic details, or stigmatizing language.
Do I have to use my real name?
This answer will explain anonymous, first-name-only, private, and public story options.
Will Hope Council publish my story automatically?
This answer will make the consent and final approval process clear.
